SmartTalk™ Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with SmartTalk™. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders across the Philippines.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation or COD order approval.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery Partner

  • We deliver nationwide through J&T Express, a trusted logistics partner.

  • All parcels are shipped via standard door-to-door delivery.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location:

  • Metro Manila (NCR): 2–3 business days

  • Luzon (outside NCR): 2–5 business days

  • Visayas: 4–7 business days

  • Mindanao: 5–9 business days

  • Island locations: 12–15 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.

Shipping Fees

  • Free Nationwide Shipping is currently offered for all SmartTalk™ orders.

  • If the free shipping promotion ends, a flat-rate fee of ₱150 will apply.

Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver nationwide across the Philippines through J&T Express.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause delays or failed deliveries.

Important Information

  • Once orders are handed over to J&T Express, SmartTalk™ is not liable for courier-related delays or service disruptions.

  • If delivery attempts fail due to incorrect address or refusal to receive the parcel, re-delivery fees may apply.
